The 8, 000 m² facility houses a complete in-house chain with autoclaves, compression presses, CNC centers, mold fabrication, and inspection stations. Vertical integration eliminates third-party dependency and guarantees batch traceability under dual ISO management.

Autoclave Curing - Gold standard for large, high-performance, low-volume custom parts. Continuous-fiber prepreg cures under uniform pressure in vacuum bags, delivering void content below 1 percent, maximum interlaminar strength, and class-A finish. Ideal for aerospace parts, large drone frames, F1 monocoques, premium body kits, and marine panels.
Compression Molding - For medium-to-high volume parts with ribs, recesses, and complex contours. Matched steel or aluminum tooling with prepreg or forged-carbon SMC pressed at 120 to 180 C and 5 to 20 MPa. Cycles of 3 to 20 minutes enable cost-effective mass production. Two routes: Continuous-fiber prepreg for strength, forged-carbon or SMC for thin-wall housings. Suited to EV battery covers, robot housings, prosthetic sockets, and industrial enclosures.
Design and Tooling - Structural analysis, draft angle definition, mold fabrication.
Prepreg Cutting - T700-grade prepreg cut to ply patterns.
Lay-up - Sequential ply placement at engineered angles.
Curing - Autoclave or compression per validated profiles.
Demolding and Trimming - Flash removal and finishing.
CNC Machining - Multi-axis cutting, drilling, and datum machining to plus-minus 0.05 mm.
Surface and QC - Sanding, clear-coat, dimensional inspection.
